At Minimalist Art Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.

    • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
    • Ship eligible items back within: 14 days of delivery

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@minimalistartshop.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Cancellations

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept order cancellations once production has begun.

If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Framed prints
    • Digital downloads

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@minimalistartshop.com.

Please include your order number along with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Conditions

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged/defective item.
    • Returned items must be shipped in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.
    • If an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value, the buyer may be responsible for that loss in value.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
